Melinda Donio

Melinda Sánchez Donio is a Realtor® with Keller Williams Real Estate and the Chris Troxell Team who believes that guiding people home and strengthening communities go hand in hand. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Melinda is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate the real estate process with confidence and feel supported every step of the way.

With more than 20 years of experience in housing, community development, leadership, and facilitation—including service as a White House appointee—Melinda brings a calm, educational, and strategic approach to helping buyers and sellers make informed real estate decisions. Her background in urban planning allows her to look beyond the transaction, considering the market, the neighborhood, and the long-term goals that make a house truly feel like home.

Melinda is also proud to serve as Vice President and a founding board member of NAHREP Lehigh Valley, where she supports initiatives that advance sustainable Hispanic homeownership and strengthen the local real estate community. Her commitment to education, accessibility, and community empowerment is at the heart of her work.

Melinda lives in Easton with her husband and son. Outside of real estate, she enjoys baking, gardening, and supporting women entrepreneurs and locally owned businesses. Through her professional experience, bilingual communication skills, and dedication to community, Melinda strives to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people and families she serves.
